December 29, 2021 at 10:52 amI Lost almost everything with a hack at trailingcrypto. BOT made losing trades. BOT bought high and sold low.
I send 5 emails to support@trailingcrypto.com with attached evidence and requesting information about my lost assets via their API, they never replied back and just ignored my case. No customer service whatsoever. after no response and 3 months later I tried to contact them via Twitter and they blocked me, again without response. what call you such a behavior?
I sent them even the IP address how hacked my account. My trailingcrypto account had a very strong password included a 2FA set up.

October 8, 2021 at 9:59 amSeveral people have lost money using Trailingcrypto’s website due to the API keys being “stolen”. The most probable cause is an inside job as the keys would be stored in their database. There are several people who have the same experience and can be found both on Trustpilot and on reddit. I would stay far away from Trailingcrypto
